Production capacity and services

The continuous investments in technological innovation allow us to create complex mechanical parts guaranteeing absolute control of the process and the product.

In fact, our production system is supported by an engineering and tooling department for the design and production of equipment and clamping tools necessary for the machining activities.

Our main activities in the production departments include operations such as wire and die-sinking EDM, fast drilling, tumbling, polishing, super finishing, magnetic particle inspection, FPI inspection, spectrometric analysis, as well as moment weight and the correct distribution of the blades.

Additionally, we can collaborate with external qualified technicians for other types of non-destructive tests (such as ultrasound or RX) or other activities such as heat treatment, coatings and brazing operations.

We can manage the complete supply chain, in order to fulfill completely the customer’s requirements, including special activities: we can send directly the product ready to be assembled.
